- Products must be free from damage or signs of use. For electronics, printers, or other technical products, please ensure they are not opened or used beyond initial testing.
Please Note: Some items, like perishable goods, software, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Affix the return label, and send the package back to us. Please retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days after we confirm the return.

- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Exchanges
